Westringia fruticosa

Attractive shrub with narrow, grey-green to dark green leaves and silvery undersides. Dainty white to pale blue flowers appear year round with a main flush from late spring to early autumn. Suited to temperate climates and most well drained soils. Tolerant of dry conditions, sea spray and wind. Useful as a hedging or screening plant as it responds well to pruning. Plant 1m apart for a low hedge. Feed with low phosphorus native fertiliser.
