A pot of gold is guaranteed with this one. You won’t even need a rainbow. It’s a mound shaped easy-to-grow landscaper’s dream, a real must-have. Plant in full sun amongst large rocks, or as a border or low pathway edging; give it good drainage in either clay loams or humus-rich sands and it will reward you with a spring display of golden brilliance that’ll make you blink. Trim off the spent flowers later and you’ll get a flush of bronze new growth. Cool temperate to sub tropical and semi arid climates are suitable. Frost won’t worry it and it will be fine by the beach with a bit of protection from really harsh salt winds.
