Westringia Double Wonder
Westringia fruticosa selection
Never underestimate the value of tough ‘kid proof’ plants such as Westringia Double Wonder. In crowded active areas such as school grounds, plants with a natural toughness and density are needed; resilience is a must-have attribute. Westringia Double Wonder ticks that box and needs only minimal maintenance. It makes a great hedge with close grey-green foliage and semi-double pink rosemary flowers most of the year. Tough and reliable in cool temperate, sub tropical and semi-arid climates in well drained clay or gravelly loams, neutral to low acid or low alkaline pH soils. Moderately frost tolerant, and just as happy in coastal as in inland gardens.
